Mariah Going Down to Tennessee!

So Mariah Carey is going to try her acting chops again in what is already looking like the worst film of the year, Tennessee. This film is the story of two brothers, one dying of leukemia, who go on the road to find their abusive father in hopes that he might be able to provide a bone marrow transplant. "Car trouble in Texas leads Carter and Ellis to make the acquaintance of a diner waitress, Crystal [Mimi], who has her own demons to flee and singing dreams to pursue in Tennessee. The relationship that brews between the three is a heartwarming, contemporary spin on the American road movie."

Ok - so this sounds like Glitter Part II. Why is Mariah acting? This is the role Janet Jackson was going to do but backed out of it to make an album. Janet said she gained weight for the role and when Janet dropped out of the film they needed to find a fat actress - since they couldn’t find one they just found a fat person, Mariah Carey and decided to call it a day.

Mariah will win an award for her role - Worst Actress of the Year Razzie Award.

Mariah - learn a lesson from Madonna. Madonna is making films that actually mean something and not staring in them.


I am hoping this film spurs another "breakdown" for Mariah.
